Biography
Lynsay is the Damage Prevention Program Manager for Southwest Gas, responsible for providing program oversight, compliance, strategic planning, and continuous improvement across California, Nevada, and Arizona for the advancement of operations, strategic data driven initiatives, and risk reduction. Lynsay has over a decade of expertise leading mission-critical damage prevention, public awareness, and occupational safety programs across 11 states in the energy sector. Lynsay has been a champion for Damage Prevention for 9 years and is passionate about moving the industry from compliance to excellence. Previously, Lynsay worked in nuclear coordinating occupational safety and industrial hygiene programs on the Department of Energy (DOE) Hanford site (where the world’s first large scale nuclear reactors were built during WWII that produced plutonium for the war efforts) responsible for nuclear cleanup and remediation. Lynsay holds B.A.S. in Project Management and B.A. in Political Science with a double minor in law and criminal justice.
