Biography
I am a veteran operations and transformation leader with more than 30+ years of experience strengthening business processes, organizational readiness, and team performance within California’s telecommunications industry. I'm known for driving effective Incident Management, strategic planning, and compliance programs, while working with different governmental organizations such as OEM, Cal OES and Cal Fire. I have led major improvements in operational efficiency and workforce development across Network Operations. I holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master of Education Technology, and I am very committed to community service as a co-founder of two nonprofits one supporting youth development while the other helps with successful re-entry for formerly incarcerated individuals.
