Mike Smuin

I spent the first 10 years in the military installing communications around the world. The last 29 years I have been with my current company performing several job functions. My current role is a Manager of the Construction Operations group for Consolidated Communications. I manage all of the Line Crew, splicing, project inspection and locating operation for the company in the Northern California region where our facilities exist.
